Introduction
Hello, I'm Eric Mikota, founder and owner of Valley I.T. Professionals LLC. With more than 20 years of technology experience, including over a decade of professional work in computer systems, networking, wireless infrastructure, and security camera solutions, I am committed to helping individuals and small businesses get the most from their technology.
My goal is simple: to provide reliable, secure, and practical technology solutions backed by honest advice and personalized service.
Experience
Throughout my career, I have served as both a Desktop Support Technician and Network Engineer, providing hands-on support for computer systems and complex network environments.
My experience includes delivering I.T. support in support of Tribal government operations, supporting critical infrastructure as a contractor at USSTRATCOM, contributing to a large e-commerce organization, and maintaining networks for an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Today, I work full-time as a Network Engineer for an ISP while continuing to grow Valley I.T. Professionals.

Why I Started Valley I.T. Professionals
After years of working in enterprise, government, and service provider environments, I recognized a need for dependable, professional technology support tailored to the needs of small businesses and home users. I founded Valley I.T. Professionals to provide the same level of quality, reliability, and expertise found in larger organizations while delivering customized local service.
My Approach
